Introducing Blossom Rock

Tucked between the magnificent Superstition Mountains, and the Eastern-most edge of the greater Phoenix-Metro, Blossom Rock is planned to offer transformative new home designs, neighborhood parks within easy reach of most homes, a community school, and miles of trails with gorgeous mountain views and activities for the whole family to enjoy. At Blossom Rock, daily life is meant to interweave with elements of nature.

Celebrate Life
in a Singularly
Beautiful Place

With its prime location taking shape only a few miles from the stunning Superstition Mountains, residents of Blossom Rock will enjoy easy access to one of our state's most remarkable natural amenities.

Enjoy All Three

Three large community parks will eventually be a central gathering space for families and neighbors, or finding your personal moments with nature. The first community park, Painted Sky Park, features a 1.5-acre lake with a great lawn that will keep the kids occupied for hours. The Dutch clubhouse and pool overlooks the lake, and will be a resident only amenity – and is anticipated to open in late Fall 2025.

You Belong Here

Blossom Rock is inspired by the beauty and strength of the Superstition Mountains. A place where life’s treasures are intended to unfold in a series of moments like learning how to ride a bike, experiencing your child's first day of school, hiking under a sunset sky that mirrors the rich colors of the desert, and gathering with loved ones in the parks and places you can one day call home.

DarkSky International Movement

Seeing stars? Discover how Blossom Rock supports the DarkSky movement.
You've probably noticed there are fewer lights lining Blossom Rock’s neighborhood streets than nearby areas, and there's good reason for that. Blossom Rock’s limited lighting plan is all by design to support the DarkSky International movement. In fact, DarkSky communities like Blossom Rock are all over the world.
There's no doubt when the sun goes down artificial light keeps us working and playing outdoors. But when overused, outdoor lighting can disrupt human health and wildlife patterns, wastes energy, contribute to climate change, and dims our connection to the stars above.
